Beginning in 2005 Pulte Homes purchased lots, built and sold homes as Kingswood at Castleberry in Forsyth County in the town of Cumming GA. Pulte Homes built 137 Craftsman style ranch homes as a Swim and Tennis Community. In 2008 Dumbbarton Court was added with an additional 24 houses. In 2016 Castlegate Court was built with 19 homes.

We are now a community of 180 homes with amenities including pool, tennis and a beautiful clubhouse. Our Craftsman style homes range from 2 to 4-bedroom ranch style homes with some basements. Located between GA 400 Exits 13 & 14 off of Castleberry Road, we are strategically located close to shopping and downtown Cumming.
